Hot off the wire we bring you humor and funny emails some not so funny and some that are for real. Some that will make you think and some that will make you remember the one's we love. We have been collecting these emails for years some 5000 selected ones. We will not list any with adult content in them. We have them too but because of the younger readers we will not list them.

Title

Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in all content and material that is part of, contained in, or accessed through the Gossmail.com Site, and provided by either email or sponsors or any other content provider shall remain the sole property of Gossmail.com and/or its sponsors or any other content provider.

Modification

Gossmail.com reserves the right to modify the email and its contants it receives through the Gossmail.com Site, and provided by either email or sponsors or any other content provider.

E-mail addresses that sent out this "SPAM" "Unrequested email" have NO RIGHTs to what we do with your JUNK mail sent to Gossmail.com and/or its sponsors or any other content provider. In addition, Gossmail.com retains the right, at Gossmail.com's sole discretion, to use any and all parts of the email sent. If E-mail addresses that deems our terms are not acceptable Gossmail.com shall, if and when it deems it appropriate, (1) facilitate criminal prosecution against such E-mail addresses by referring E-mailer's spamming activity to the appropriate legal authorities, and (2) bring a civil action against such E-Mailer, who shall be liable to Gossmail.com for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages incurred by Gossmail.com as a result of E-mailer's spamming or other prohibited activity.

Governing Law

This site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire applicable to agreements executed and performed wholly within the State of New Hampshire "Live Free or Die"
